  • 15 Ton Crane for Mast and Engines: $100.00 per 1/2 Hour Minimum. $200 per Hour
  • Lay Days: $0.60/Ft./Day when Independent Boat Yard Contractors do work
  • Lay Days: $1.20/Ft./Day when Owner does all work
  • Mast Lay Days: $0.11/Ft./Day
  • Yard Labor Rates: $30 to $75/Hr. - One-Half Hour Minimum
  • Paint Shop Rates: Prep & Paint - $10/Ft.; Prep only $6/Ft.
  •    Paint Only - $6/Ft.; Primer Coat - $4/Ft. Extra
  •    Wash/Wax - $6/Ft., Combo - $10Ft.
  •    Compound - $8/Ft.
  • **These rates are for labor only. All incidentals will be charged through
  • Budget Marine and added to your Yard Bill
  • Utilities: $12.00/Day, $50/Week, $100/Month for Electricity and shoreside facilities
  • $.12/Gallon for water - Metered
  • $50 Deposit for Shower Key - refundable on return of key
  • Oil Disposal - $3.00/Gal - Battery Disposal - $5.00
  • Work Dock - $1.00/Ft/day

    Note: IBY may require a deposit on larger jobs

    Monthly Storage: $13.25/Ft. Prepaid. Owner must execute a separate contract on signing in.

    LABOR POLICIES

  • Only Owners and permanent crew are permitted to work on the boat in the yard.
  • Uniform requirements for tradesmen have been adopted by IBY, and no tradesman will be permitted to perform work in the yard (1) unless he has met those requirements and (2) without prior consent of the Yard Manager.

    REGULATIONS
  • Remove your own head/back stay if needed
  • Never move jack stands yourself (Check with Yard Crew)
  • No Hauling/Launching on Saturdays or Sundays
  • Please clean up your trash before launching. (A charge will be made if we have to clean up your mess.)
  • Do not unfurl or raise sails while on the hard.
  • IBY is not responsible for your use of scaffolding or ladders in the yard. Use at your own risk.
  • Do not tie tarps or awnings to jack stands.
  • Spray painting or sandblasting is not allowed.
  • Owner takes responsibility for launched vessel as soon as it is in the water.
  • Notes

  • IBY will locate or relocate your vessel where and when necessary.
  • IBY will not be responsible for damage with the Travelift or blocking due to the vessel's weakness or integrity.
